Short and plain on purpose.
The privacy page covers what we do with your data; this page covers what you and we owe each other.
What Marlow is
Marlow helps you draft replies to one specific person in your life. It is a software tool. It is not a lawyer, a therapist, a coach, or a domestic violence service. Drafts it produces are suggestions you review and send yourself. Nothing Marlow writes constitutes legal, medical, or psychological advice.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You’re responsible for keeping that account secure. Don’t share your account. One person, one account.
What you can upload
Chat histories and agreement documents that involve you and one other person. Don’t upload chat histories or documents that you don’t have the right to share. Don’t upload material from third parties without consent. Don’t use Marlow to harass, defame, or threaten anyone — including the person on the other end of the relationship you’re drafting for.
Billing
Seven-day free trial, then $5 per month. Cancel any time from Settings → Manage subscription. We don’t pro-rate mid-month, but you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Liability
Marlow is provided as-is. We do our best to produce useful drafts, but you choose what to send. We’re not liable for decisions you make based on a draft, or for outcomes that follow from how you reply to anyone.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. If we change something material, we’ll let you know via the email on your account.
